MEH Alliance celebrates milestone of 100 people employed from the Hinkley Support Operative Bronze Programme

The MEH Alliance has recently reached a milestone by welcoming the 100th new start to our workforce from the Hinkley Support Operative Bronze Programme. This initiative is a commitment from Hinkley Point C to create opportunities at the project for the local community. Through the two-week ECITB fully-funded training programme, these individuals have gained vital skills and knowledge needed for on-site employment. This programme has not only opened doors for them to contribute to this groundbreaking project but also offers opportunities for further career development once at Hinkley Point C.

We would like to extend our thanks to Focus Training Group and Train 4 All for their instrumental role in delivering this programme. Thanks to their support, everyone has progressed from the Hinkley Support Operative programme with the MEH Alliance, is making meaningful contributions on site, with many taking steps to advance their careers in the Engineering Construction Industry.
